Dr. Organ and any staff are bound by ethical and legal codes to protect the confidentiality of our clients and to protect and maintain the confidentiality of all information learned about clients, their family members, friends, and acquaintances while providing services to them.  Confidential communications including conversations forms and computer-generated communications with, about or involving in any way the client’s personal information are also entitled to confidentiality.  Any information shared can only be approved by the client unless it is deemed a Medical Emergency and can only be shared to Medical Emergency staff.
